Match Summary
We held our own for the first quarter of the match, though we again had no offensive punch. While they took the lead just before the water break and padded it with another goal with 16 minutes left, our offense finally awoke in the last 10 minutes of the half. Ava Rose was just wide on her re-do of a free kick, and Kaleicut their lead in half on her freebie that found the back of the net a minute later--according her Player of the Game status for the second straight time. But the second half was a different story...they held us to just one more attempt while posting 10 of their own, with 8 of those on goal—and 3 resulting in scores.
