With the victory, Tupelo advances its record to 2-2 on the year. The Golden Wave travel to Terry (Terry, MS) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Saturday, November 30. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 3-4.
The Jaguars now own a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oxford for a 7A Region 1 battle on Thursday, November 21. DeSoto Central will meet a Chargers squad coming off a 66-60 non-league win over Aberdeen (Aberdeen, MS). The Chargers record now stands at 5-0.
