The Summit Spartans basketball team scored 66 points and limited the visiting Giles County Bobcats to 61 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Spartans now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Chestatee for a non-league game on Friday, November 22. Summit will confront a War Eagles team coming off a 71-50 non-league loss to Banks County (Homer, GA). The War Eagles record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Giles County falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Centennial (Franklin, TN) to confront the Cougars in a non-league game on Thursday, November 21. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 1-0. Centennial won 60-48 in their recent non-league game against Smyrna (Smyrna, TN)
