Texas High School Basketball - Antonian Prep thwarts Johnson

November 19, 2024: San Antonio, TX 78213

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Antonian Prep Apaches (San Antonio, TX) and the visiting Johnson Jaguars (San Antonio, TX), observed Antonian Prep's basketball team knock off Johnson by a score of 49-40.

The Apaches (12-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Prestonwood Christian (Plano, TX). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Prestonwood Christian prevailed over Winnsboro (Winnsboro, TX), 62-56, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Jaguars encounter the Pearland Oilers (Pearland, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, November 21. Johnson will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record. The Oilers come into the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 57-26 league win over South Houston (South Houston, TX).
