Texas High School Basketball - Episcopal can't hold off St. Pius X

St. Pius X Panthers (Houston, TX) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Episcopal Knights (Bellaire, TX), 69-62 in a non-league match.
With the victory, St. Pius X advances its record to 6-0 on the year. The Panthers travel to Lutheran South Academy (Houston, TX) to face the Pioneers in a non-league match on Monday, November 25. The Pioneers enter the match with a record of 1-2.
The Knights now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Christian Homeschool Sports Ministries for a non-league match on Friday, November 22. Episcopal will face a Crimson Knights squad coming off a 55-27 non-league win over Pasadena (Pasadena, TX). The Crimson Knights record now stands at 6-0.
