The Maranatha Minutemen basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Muir Mustangs to 56 in the Minutemen non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Minutemen now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop Alemany for a non-league game on Monday, November 25. Maranatha will confront a Warriors team coming off a 69-59 non-league loss to Loyola (Los Angeles, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Muir falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Pasadena (Pasadena, CA) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Friday, December 13. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 3-1.
