Johnson City Eagles (Johnson City, TX) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Leon Cougars (Jewett, TX), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Johnson City advances its record to 37-8 on the season. The Eagles travel to Wink (Wink, TX) to face the Wildcats in a non-league test on Thursday, November 21. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 41-7. Wink won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Bosqueville (Waco, TX)
The Cougars now sport a 38-13 record.
