Utah High School Basketball - Rowland Hall can't hold off South Summit

The South Summit Wildcats nipped the visiting Rowland Hall Winged Lions basketball team by a margin of 72-69 in Wednesday's non-league game.

The Wildcats now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Parowan for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 25. South Summit will confront a Rams team coming off a 49-47 non-league win over Gunnison Valley (Gunnison, UT). The Rams record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Rowland Hall falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Winged lions travel to Draper APA (Draper, UT) to confront the Eagles in a 2A Region 17 game on Friday, November 21. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 0-1. Draper APA lost 76-68 in their recent non-league game against Millard (Fillmore, UT)
