The South Atlanta Hornets edged the visiting KIPP Atlanta Collegiate Warriors flag football team by a score of 1-0 in Wednesday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Hornets face the Elite Scholars Academy Royal Knights (Jonesboro, GA) in a D3 Area 5 test, on Wednesday, November 19. South Atlanta will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record. The Royal Knights come into the test with a 1-14 record after their 13-0 league loss to KIPP Atlanta Collegiate (Atlanta, GA).

With the defeat, KIPP Atlanta Collegiate drops to 7-5 on the campaign.
