In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Richmond Red Devils basketball team scored a decisive 47-25 triumph over the Union City Indians.

In their next game, the Red Devils meet the East Central Trojans (St. Leon, IN) in a non-league match, on Saturday, November 5. Richmond will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Trojans enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 63-23 league win over South Dearborn (Aurora, IN).

With the defeat, Union City moves to 0-1 on the year. The Indians host Southern Wells (Poneto, IN) to meet the Raiders in a non-league match on Saturday, November 5. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 0-0.
