In Thursday's non-league game, the Homewood Patriots (Homewood, AL) football team knocked off the visiting Jasper Vikings (Jasper, AL), by a score of 38-14.

The Patriots (6-4) will now prepare for their game against Pike Road (Pike Road, AL). The Patriots come into the non-league game with a 8-2 record. In their last game, Pike Road toppled Booker T. Washington (Tuskegee, AL), 29-16, in a non-league game.

The Vikings now sport a 1-9 record.
