North Carolina High School Soccer - Western Alamance held off by Lee County

November 2, 2023: Sanford, NC 27330

The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Lee County Yellow Jackets (Sanford, NC) and the visiting Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC), saw Lee County's soccer squad get by Western Alamance by a margin of 2-1.

The Yellow Jackets now sport a 19-6 record. They play next when they travel to J.H. Rose for a non-league test on Monday, November 6. Lee County will meet a Rampants squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over White Oak (Jacksonville, NC). The Rampants record now stands at 20-2.

With the loss, Western Alamance drops to 15-6 on the season.
