The Mendota Trojans soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Aurora Central Catholic Chargers to 0 in the Trojans non-league victory on Saturday.

The Trojans now possess a 24-2 record. They play next when they travel to Normal University for a non-league bout on Thursday, November 7. Mendota will play a Pioneers squad coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Manteno (Manteno, IL). The Pioneers record now stands at 24-5.

With the loss, Aurora Central Catholic moves to 18-4 on the year.
