Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Sulphur Golden Tors (Sulphur, LA) and the visiting Academy of the Sacred Heart Saints (Grand Coteau, LA), observed Sulphur's volleyball team hold off Academy of the Sacred Heart by a count of 2-1.

The Golden Tors (26-21) will now prepare for their contest against Pope John Paul II (Slidell, LA). The Jaguars enter the non-league contest with a 13-20 record. In their last contest, Pope John Paul II was tipped by St. Scholastica (Covington, LA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
