The Lapeer Lightning volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Holly Bronchos to 0 in the Lightning non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Lightning now have a 24-13 record. They play next when they travel to Frankenmuth for a non-league outing on Saturday, November 2. Lapeer will play a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Traverse City Central (Traverse City, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 21-17.

With the loss, Holly drops to 9-14 on the campaign. The Bronchos travel to Pinckney (Pinckney, MI) to play the Pirates in a non-league outing on Saturday, November 2. The Pirates come into the outing with a record of 24-19. Pinckney lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Dexter (Dexter, MI)
