The Ursuline Academy Lions volleyball squad (New Orleans, LA), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Live Oak Eagles (Watson, LA)

With the win, Live Oak improves its record to 16-19 on the season. The Eagles travel to Northlake Christian (Covington, LA) to encounter the Wolverines in a non-league battle on Saturday, November 2. The Wolverines go into the battle with a record of 21-12. Northlake Christian won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Catholic of Pointe Coupee (New Roads, LA)

The Lions now own a 12-21 record.
