The Lions now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nocona for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 21. Vernon will battle a Indians team coming off a 72-64 non-league loss to Howe (Howe, TX). The Indians record now stands at 0-1.

The Bulldogs (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Sherman (Sherman, TX). The Bearcats enter the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Sherman ran past Reedy (Frisco, TX), 70-66, in a non-league contest.
