Coastal Academy Stingrays (Oceanside, CA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting High Tech NC Raptor (San Marcos, CA), 56-40 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Coastal Academy upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Stingrays travel to Vista Meridian (Santa Ana, CA) to play the Meridian Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 30. The Meridian Eagles come into the bout with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Raptor play the Castle Park Trojans (Chula Vista, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 28. High Tech NC will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 63-52 non-league loss to El Cajon Valley (El Cajon, CA).
