St. Amant Gators (St. Amant, LA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Doyle Tigers (Livingston, LA), 77-65 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Amant upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Gators host Springfield (Springfield, LA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 21. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Springfield lost 68-43 in their recent non-league bout against Mandeville (Mandeville, LA)

Next up, the Tigers play the Loranger Wolves (Loranger, LA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 28. Doyle will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 65-36 non-league loss to Denham Springs (Denham Springs, LA).
