Texas High School Basketball - Valley fells Gruver

Valley Patriots (Turkey, TX) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Gruver Greyhounds (Gruver, TX), 43-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Valley upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Patriots host Petersburg (Petersburg, TX) to play the Buffaloes in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 21. The Buffaloes go into the bout with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Greyhounds play the Pilot Point Bearcats (Pilot Point, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 28. Gruver will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
