The Port Isabel Tarpons (Port Isabel, TX) basketball crushed the visiting IDEA North Mission (Mission, TX), 82-34 in Monday's non-league test.
The Tarpons (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Lyford (Lyford, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Lyford was trounced by IDEA Quest College Prep (Edinburg, TX), 55-44, in a non-league test.
The now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Santa Maria for a non-league test on Tuesday, November 21. IDEA North Mission will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 67-48 non-league win over Vanguard Academy Rembrandt (Pharr, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.
