The Sulphur Golden Tors basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Kaplan Pirates to 14 in the Golden Tors non-league triumph on Monday.
The Golden Tors now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eunice for a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 21. Sulphur will play a Bobcats squad coming off a 45-38 non-league win over Reeves (Reeves, LA). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-0.
Next up, the Pirates play the Iota Bulldogs (Iota, LA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 21. Kaplan will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 50-26 non-league win over Kinder (Kinder, LA).
