Texas High School Basketball - Lee thwarts North Forest

The Lee Ganders (Baytown, TX) basketball knocked off the visiting North Forest Bulldogs (Houston, TX), 57-41 in Monday's non-league test.

The Ganders (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Fort Bend Kempner (Sugar Land, TX). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Fort Bend Kempner went down by Cinco Ranch (Katy, TX), 65-53, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Pineywoods Community Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, November 21. North Forest will encounter a Timberwolves squad coming off a 75-70 non-league loss to Brookeland (Brookeland, TX). The Timberwolves record now stands at 3-2.
