The Raleigh Lions basketball team (Raleigh, MS), was overwhelmed 64-29 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Magee Trojans (Magee, MS)
The Trojans now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Taylorsville for a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 21. Magee will battle a Tartars team coming off a 48-30 non-league loss to Enterprise (Brookhaven, MS). The Tartars record now stands at 1-1.
The Lions (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Richton (Richton, MS). The Rebels come into the non-league battle with a 5-0 record. In their last battle, Richton trounced Stringer (Stringer, MS), 51-21, in a non-league battle.
