The Monterey Plainsmen basketball team (Lubbock, TX), was nudged 41-39 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Midland Bulldogs (Midland, TX)
The Bulldogs now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wylie for a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 21. Midland will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 77-39 non-league loss to Frenship (Wolfforth, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.
The Plainsmen (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Randall (Amarillo, TX). The Raiders come into the non-league battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Randall edged Caprock (Amarillo, TX), 99-40, in a non-league battle.
