Pope John Paul II Jaguars (Slidell, LA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Thomas Jefferson (Gretna, LA), 50-36 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Pope John Paul II upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to St. Martin's Episcopal (Metairie, LA) to play the Saints in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 21. The Saints come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
