Jordan-Matthews Jets (Siler City, NC) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Southern Lee Cavaliers (Sanford, NC), 57-25 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Jordan-Matthews upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Jets travel to Trinity (Trinity, NC) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, November 29. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Trinity lost 55-13 in their recent non-league challenge against Central Davidson (Lexington, NC)

Next up, the Cavaliers confront the Western Harnett Eagles (Lillington, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 28. Southern Lee will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 49-27 non-league loss to Triton (Erwin, NC).
