The Vestavia Hills Rebels basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Montevallo Bulldogs to 12 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Monday.
The Rebels now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hillcrest for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 21. Vestavia Hills will battle a Patriots team coming off a 55-24 non-league win over Guntersville (Guntersville, AL). The Patriots record now stands at 5-2.
The Bulldogs (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Guntersville (Guntersville, AL). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Guntersville was routed by Hillcrest (Tuscaloosa, AL), 55-24, in a non-league contest.
