North Carolina High School Basketball - Parkland can't get by Western Guilford

The Parkland Mustangs basketball squad (Winston-Salem, NC), was nudged 47-44 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Western Guilford Hornets (Greensboro, NC)

With the victory, Western Guilford advances its record to 3-0 on the year. The Hornets travel to R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC) to meet the Demons in a non-league battle on Friday, November 22. The Demons enter the battle with a record of 1-0. R.J. Reynolds won 68-34 in their recent non-league battle against Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC)

The Mustangs now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northwest Guilford for a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 26.
