The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Point Loma Pointers (San Diego, CA) and the visiting San Dieguito Academy Mustangs (Encinitas, CA), observed Point Loma's basketball team overwhelm San Dieguito Academy by a score of 77-39.

The Pointers (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Westview (San Diego, CA). The Wolverines go into the non-league bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Westview was ripped by Del Lago Academy (Escondido, CA), 65-58, in a non-league bout.

With the loss, San Dieguito Academy falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Del Lago Academy (Escondido, CA) to play the Firebirds in a non-league bout on Friday, November 22. The Firebirds go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Del Lago Academy won 65-58 in their recent non-league bout against Westview (San Diego, CA)
