The Harbor Teacher Monarchs basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting New West Charter Eagles to 36 in the Monarchs non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Monarchs now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Maywood CES for a non-league game on Friday, November 22. Harbor Teacher will confront a Wolfpack team coming off a 35-28 non-league loss to Bell (Bell, CA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, New West Charter falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Middle College (Los Angeles, CA) to confront the Cougars in a Crosstown game on Wednesday, December 4. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 0-0.
