The Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs basketball squad (Sugar Land, TX), was outscored 51-42 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Angleton Wildcats (Angleton, TX)

With the victory, Angleton advances its record to 2-3 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Barbers Hill (Mt. Belvieu, TX) to meet the Eagles in a non-league battle on Thursday, November 20. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 1-1. Barbers Hill lost 66-59 in their recent non-league battle against North Shore (Houston, TX)

The Bulldogs now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nimitz for a non-league battle on Friday, November 21. Fort Bend Austin will encounter a Cougars team coming off a 67-53 non-league loss to Sam Rayburn (Pasadena, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 0-2.
