In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Lewisville Farmers basketball team scored a big 73-16 win over the Arlington Colts.
The Farmers (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Bowie (Arlington, TX). The Volunteers enter the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Bowie was crushed by Cedar Hill (Cedar Hill, TX), 83-49, in a non-league match.
The Colts now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lamar for a non-league match on Friday, November 21. Arlington will face a Vikings squad coming off a 50-49 non-league win over Midway (Waco, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 1-2.
