Tennessee High School Basketball - Polk County knocks off Sequatchie County

Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Polk County Wildcats (Benton, TN) and the visiting Sequatchie County Indians (Dunlap, TN), witnessed Polk County's basketball squad run past Sequatchie County by a count of 72-58.

With the victory, Polk County advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Wildcats host Loudon (Loudon, TN) to meet the Redskins in a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 25. The Redskins enter the contest with a record of 2-1. Loudon lost 73-62 in their recent non-league contest against McMinn County (Athens, TN)

In their next game, the Indians battle the Van Buren County Eagles (Spencer, TN) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 1. Sequatchie County will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
