In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Flour Bluff Hornets basketball team scored a good 51-34 triumph over the Marble Falls Mustangs.
The Hornets (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Marcus (Flower Mound, TX). The Marauders go into the non-league contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Marcus topped Pieper (San Antonio, TX), 49-45, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Mustangs face the Savio Eagles (Austin, TX) in a non-league outing, on Friday, November 21. Marble Falls will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 4-4 record after their 52-31 non-league loss to Flour Bluff (Corpus Christi, TX).
