In Thursday's non-league test, the Western Guilford Hornets (Greensboro, NC) basketball team crushed the host Northeast Guilford Rams (McLeansville, NC), by a tally of 40-13.
The Hornets now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Northern Guilford for a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 25. Western Guilford will play a Nighthawks team coming off a 55-53 non-league win over Northwest Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Nighthawks record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Northeast Guilford falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Rams host Morehead (Eden, NC) to encounter the Panthers in a non-league test on Tuesday, November 25. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 1-1. Morehead lost 57-12 in their recent non-league test against Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC)
