The Huffman Vikings (Birmingham, AL) basketball nipped the visiting Columbia Eagles (Huntsville, AL), 76-70 in Monday's non-league test.
The Vikings (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Westminster Christian (Huntsville, AL). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Westminster Christian got by Bob Jones (Madison, AL), 54-45, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Haleyville for a non-league test on Tuesday, November 22. Columbia will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 67-39 non-league loss to Lee (Huntsville, AL). The Lions record now stands at 2-1.
