The North Zulch Bulldogs basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Leon Cougars to 43 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Monday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Centerville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 22. North Zulch will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 92-31 non-league loss to Brookeland (Brookeland, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.

The Cougars (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bruceville-Eddy (Eddy, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Bruceville-Eddy was defeated by McGregor (McGregor, TX), 82-16, in a non-league contest.
