The Athens Christian Eagles (Athens, GA) basketball knocked off the visiting Hart County Bulldogs (Hartwell, GA), 63-54 in Monday's non-league test.
The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Clarke Central (Athens, GA). The Gladiators go into the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Clarke Central went down by Alcovy (Covington, GA), 49-29, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Cedar Shoals for a non-league test on Tuesday, November 22. Hart County will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 60-39 non-league loss to Elbert County (Elberton, GA). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-1.
