Bethesda Christian Patriots (Brownsburg, IN) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Riverton Parke Panthers (Montezuma, IN), 43-41 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Bethesda Christian upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Clinton Central (Michigantown, IN) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 29. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 5-2. Clinton Central won 43-34 in their recent league bout against Delphi Community (Delphi, IN)

Next up, the Panthers play the Covington Trojans (Covington, IN) in a Wabash River bout, on Tuesday, November 22. Riverton Parke will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 56-49 non-league loss to Indiana School for the Deaf (Indianapolis, IN).
