Ripon Christian Knights (Ripon, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Sonora Wildcats (Sonora, CA), 20-17 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ripon Christian upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Knights travel to Patterson (Patterson, CA) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 15. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Tracy Bulldogs (Tracy, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 22. Sonora will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 35-28 non-league loss to Gregori (Modesto, CA).
