The Mount Miguel Matadors basketball team (Spring Valley, CA), was overwhelmed 63-21 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Canyon Hills Rattlers (San Diego, CA)
The Rattlers now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santana for a non-league battle on Wednesday, November 23. Canyon Hills will battle a Sultans team coming off a 77-19 non-league win over O'Farrell Charter (San Diego, CA). The Sultans record now stands at 3-2.
The Matadors (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against San Pasqual (Escondido, CA). The Golden Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, San Pasqual trounced Maranatha Christian (San Diego, CA), 53-43, in a non-league battle.
