North Carolina High School Basketball - Alexander Central fells North Iredell

November 21, 2023: Taylorsville, NC 28681

Alexander Central Cougars (Taylorsville, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC), 67-54 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Alexander Central upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cougars host Central Davidson (Lexington, NC) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 22. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Raiders play the West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 28. North Iredell will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
