Texas High School Basketball - Borger can't hold off Spearman

The Spearman Lynx basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host Borger Bulldogs to 47 in the Lynx non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Lynx now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Claude for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. Spearman will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 56-36 non-league loss to Tulia (Tulia, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-2.

The Bulldogs (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Plainview (Plainview, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Plainview edged Pampa (Pampa, TX), 54-42, in a non-league contest.
