The Tri-City Tornadoes basketball team (Buffalo, IL), was overwhelmed 61-16 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Clinton Maroons (Clinton, IL)

The Maroons now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Litchfield for a non-league battle on Wednesday, November 22. Clinton will confront a Purple Panthers team coming off a 80-76 non-league win over Mt. Pulaski (Mt. Pulaski, IL). The Purple Panthers record now stands at 1-0.
