Texas High School Basketball - Stafford fells Cypress Ranch

Stafford Spartans (Stafford, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Cypress Ranch Mustangs (Houston, TX), 59-48 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Stafford upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Spartans host Summer Creek (Houston, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 22. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Summer Creek won 61-58 in their recent non-league bout against Fort Bend Elkins (Missouri City, TX)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Cypress Park Tigers (Cypress, TX) in a 6A Region II District 16 test, on Friday, December 15. Cypress Ranch will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record.
