In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Groom Tigers (Groom, TX) basketball squad edged the visiting Panhandle Christian Home Educators Warriors (Amarillo, TX), by a margin of 37-34.
The Tigers (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Canadian (Canadian, TX). The Wildcats go into the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Canadian was tipped by Perryton (Perryton, TX), 65-28, in a non-league outing.
