In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Mt. Vernon Wildcats basketball team scored a decisive 73-25 triumph over the Vincennes Rivet Patriots.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the North Central Thunderbirds (Farmersburg, IN) in a non-league match, on Saturday, November 25. Mt. Vernon will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.
