Willow Glen Rams (San Jose, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Oak Grove Eagles (San Jose, CA), 59-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Willow Glen upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Rams host Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA) to play the Matadors in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 25. The Matadors go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Monta Vista lost 69-67 in their recent non-league bout against Harker (San Jose, CA)

Next up, the Eagles play the Los Altos Eagles (Los Altos, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 28. Oak Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 62-37 non-league win over Mills (Millbrae, CA).
