The Pottsville Apaches topped the host Quitman Bulldogs basketball team by a final score of 53-44 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Apaches face the Morrilton Devil Dogs (Morrilton, AR) in a 4A Region 4 game, on Tuesday, December 5. Pottsville will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
With the loss, Quitman drops to 1-3 on the season. The Bulldogs host Bay (Bay, AR) to encounter the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Saturday, November 25. The Yellowjackets go into the test with a record of 6-6. Bay lost 62-58 in their recent non-league test against Mountain View (Mountain View, AR)
